The development strategy of the KSCP "Zhambyl Polytechnic higher college" under the Department of education of the akimat of Zhambyl region for 2025-2030 is a systematic document that defines priority directions for the development of the College in accordance with the state policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of modernization, digitalization and training of the system of technical and vocational education.
The strategic plan was developed on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the internal and external environment of the college, as well as taking into account the current regulatory legal acts regulating the activities of organizations of technical and vocational education.
In the formation of strategic guidelines, state programs for the development of technical and Vocational Education, Regional Development Strategies, labor market requirements and international experience were taken into account.
The development strategy of the college is a logical continuation of the results achieved in previous stages. During this period, significant results were achieved in the areas of digitalization of the educational process, development of human resources, expansion of social partnership and improving the quality of training of specialists.

The vision of the college is to become a leading educational institution in the field of technical and vocational education and to become a recognized educational center in the training of specialists in demand in the labor market.
In accordance with the mission and strategic vision, the following main directions of development were identified:
