From January 20 to 23, 2023, in the city of Kapshagay, as part of the joint work of the international company Knauf and the Zhambyl Polytechnic College, joint activities for 2026 were planned. The issues of training qualified personnel necessary for the construction industry, the development of a dual training system, and the expansion of students' opportunities for practical training were discussed.
As part of the meeting, a special training course on dry construction technologies was organized for college teachers and training masters in Kapshagay. The curriculum includes theoretical and practical classes and is aimed at acquiring skills in the installation of gypsum board systems, interior finishing works, and the efficient use of building materials.
The main goal of the special course is to train qualified specialists who are in demand on the labor market, to improve the professional competence of students, and to introduce modern technologies in the field of construction.
